PI UK Hosted Their Mid-Year Strategic Planning Meeting
Dear Colleagues,
Following the regional sales conference in Europe, and our newly formed team, PI UK hosted their mid-year strategic planning meeting on June 29, 2022.
The whole UK team, sales and marketing as well as our colleagues from customer experience, order processing and finance attended the day. It was so great to see everyone in person and feel the energy and buzz in the office. With over a third of the team being new to PI, this open session enabled us to look at our strategic objectives for the next six months and how they support each other, with the main focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
We were able to build on the regional sales conference insights and embrace change as well as support each other in making a strong successful team. There was an emphasis on professional development as well as embracing the changes in business architecture to improve processes.
We also enjoyed Laurent Melin’s company in his third week with PI.
A warm thank you for the fruitful meeting we had today. I'm confident that your insights in a very positive atmosphere will be helpful to make PI UK progressing and growing. I was pleased to meet you all and I will be pleased to see you all again soon.
It was wonderful to have the whole team together with Warren helping us embrace change while finding the un-comfortable comfortable. Learning about the balanced scorecard methodology and agreeing on our strategic goals, setting us up for a great second half of 2022.
