First 30 Days Review with Warren Harvard, Head of Country - UK
Warren Harvard started as Head of Country - UK on May 30, 2022, reporting to Laurent Melin, Director Sales - EMEA
Warren, how did you experience PI during your first 30 days?
Something that was very reassuring from the first day is that my tools for the job were set out already on my desk including a full agenda of meetings, introductions and trainings for the month. The colleagues locally and around the business have been so very welcoming and have adopted me into the PI family which also has again given me a sense of comfort which is so necessary when making the move from one company to another.
What important realizations have you had so far?
Being in a smaller company then I’m used to, my biggest realization is that everyone has to play an important role in sales and customer satisfaction. We are all doing the best we can at the moment but also are ready to take that next step in learning new ways to become more efficient and effective in what we do.
Where are your priorities during the implementation?
My priorities are to create an environment that everyone feels a part of a winning culture. Having a clear vision and steering the team strategically forward where everyone contributes to our success, concentrating on the fundamentals of sales and operations to ensure we focus in the right areas, paving the way for a successful 2023.
What motivates you personally?
My small family that has travelled the world with me, seeing my children and wife adapt to new environments, cultures and daily challenges gives me a huge amount of motivation to do my best for them and that in turn drives me to succeed acquiring new skills, learning new things and sharing my experiences with my colleagues in hope to enable them to flourish in the environment that we have created together.
