Do you volunteer in your leisure time? Have you achieved an extraordinary sporting feat, such as running a marathon, or climbing a mountain? Have you earned a special award or qualification?

You, our esteemed employees, are our most valuable asset.

That is why it is important to us to make the people working at PI more visible and highlight their personal successes, and achievements. We are proud of our employees being motivated both professionally and privately, and pushing their own boundaries.

In our employee magazine BIG PICTURE 2021, we presented the PI Call to Action (Pages 6-9) and your particular achievements. The feedback from our employees was extremely positive!

Currently, our BIG PICTURE Editorial Team is working on the new PI employee magazine BIG PICTURE 2022, and, also in this edition, we would like to present a selection of our employees' special achievements and commitments.

We are inviting you and your supervisors, or colleagues, to share your success stories from 2022 with us. Please email your achievements to bigpicture@pi.de no later than April 18, 2023.
