Insights From the Town Hall Meetings and Conversations
After his first month at PI, Michael Albiez shares some initial reflections — shaped by meaningful conversations, global exchange, and a clear sense of what defines PI today and what will drive it forward in the future.
The focus of the past few weeks was in-person dialog across PI’s locations worldwide. The journey began with visits to the German sites, followed by time spent at the Shrewsbury site in the United States. Michael Albiez is currently continuing his travels in Asia, with stops in Singapore and China. Local town hall meetings not only highlighted regional perspectives, but above all created opportunities for open and direct conversations with members of the PI community.
