Successful Roadshow in the Netherlands and Plans for DACH, EMEA and USA
Dear Colleagues,
Over the past few months, our Global Research & Platforms division has developed an innovative format together with the sales department: As part of a technology roadshow, we will bring innovations exclusively to our customers and potential cooperation partners. Together, we will talk about the future requirements of our customer roadmaps and how we can help meet these requirements. Last week, this kind of discussion took place at a semiconductor company in the Netherlands.
The format serves as an open technology exchange in a mutually strictly confidential setting. Partners and customers gain insights into our innovation projects and together, we discuss how our ideas fit and align with their innovation projects in the coming years. The feedback so far has been very positive. It is a great experience for our customers and for us as a company to talk openly about innovations and the future. This strengthens our position and mutual trust.
MagLev (Magnetic Levitation) is a wonderful example of how we proactively drive and market innovation. Within the project 'MetExSPM' (Metrological Express Scanning Probe Microscopy), which we will inform you about in due time, we are developing a magnetically levitated planar positioning system. As this project is part of a European public funding program, we can talk about this innovation in public and communicate it to customers and collaboration partners. The Global Research & Platforms division will intensify its participation in this type of funding program in the future.
Best regards
Dr. Markus Czanta
