Dear Colleagues,
The divisions level (consisting of Nano Positioning, Electronics, and Performance Automation divisions) of the PI DPG organizational structure was dissolved without replacement as of March 1, 2022.

Key advantages of this measure are a flatter management structure, more direct communication paths, and thus a significantly improved manageability of the organization. This decision was jointly made after careful consideration by the Executive Management Board.
The Heads of Value Stream in the individual value streams will directly report to me as of March 1, 2022.
