Global Head of HR and Global Head of Business Architecture Start on January 1, 2022 in COO Division
Dear Colleagues,
As of January 1, , I will be welcoming two new hires in my team. I am happy to fill the vacancy in Head of Human Resources with Annegret Lisker. Moreover, Stefan Schreiber will head the newly created division Business Architecture. I am convinced that both colleague´s professional and personal qualities will be an asset to PI.
Introducing Annegret Lisker, Global Head of Human Resources
Our new Global Head of Human Resources, Annegret Lisker, has extensive technical and managerial experience in medium-sized businesses and within the production environment. Ms. Lisker has extensive knowledge and references in both strategic personnel development and operational personnel administration. In addition, she has a strong background in change management and change communication, HR Business Partner concepts, and the implementation and optimization of HR systems – as you know, these are key focus areas of our functional HR strategy. Ms. Lisker has international experience and is looking forward to the cooperation with our teams across the globe. I am very happy that we were able to fill this central position with such a suitable candidate.
Introducing Stefan Schreiber, Global Head of Business Architecture
We have successfully filled the newly introduced role of Global Head of Business Architecture with Stefan Schreiber. The new division Business Architecture unites the existing divisions Process Management, Operational Excellence, and IT.
Key questions in this respect are:
1. How do we design our global processes and therefore our collaboration to achieve our strategic goals?
2. How do we measure and continuously improve the performance of these processes?
3. How can we use automated or digital solutions for this purpose?
4. How do we productively institutionalize these processes via our IT infrastructure?
Therefore, the goal is to holistically improve and further develop the global workflows within the PI Group in close cooperation with the respective Site Heads.
With Mr. Schreiber, we have secured a proven process and IT expert who in the past few years has successfully implemented complex, international projects in this field as the primarily responsible manager. Project examples had a scope of up to 100 plants and 6,500 end users, and included a turnkey carve out and handover of the IT infrastructure of a corporate business unit or the introduction of an extensive Quality Management System (with processes, systems, reporting, and mitigating actions).
Mr. Schreiber is an ideal addition to our existing teams and I look forward to our work together, "on and in the system".
