Head of Value Stream Piezo Systems Starts on September 15, 2021 in PI DPG

I am happy to have the opportunity to say a few words to you in this newsletter right at the start. To see PI as a company that has already achieved so much, is equipped with a dedicated, experienced team, enables highly innovative applications with its products, and is nevertheless hungry to redefine itself and continue to position itself well for the future - this motivates me greatly and I look forward to my tasks. I admire the pioneering spirit and the courage to change, which I have already been able to recognize in your company.
For many years, I was allowed to manage operational areas of a globally operating company and most recently applied my experience in the digitalization of corporate processes across the board.
Together with energetic people, tailored to the needs of customers, and making the daily work of colleagues easier, projects were initiated and finalized. In this way, we succeeded in rolling out improvements from pilot sites to all ten international production sites.
I will put my experiences in operations and successful change processes into my work with all my energy and I look forward to working with you. As a manager, I live an approachable style and value the direct exchange. The future should be fun for us together, and I want to be just as committed to this as I am to our success.
