HR Organizes 'Welcome Days' Monthly Onboarding Event for New Employees
At the beginning of March 2023, for the first time in three years, the 'Welcome Day' planned by HR took place at the Karlsruhe site as an onboarding event for new employees at the Eschbach, Rosenheim and Karlsruhe sites.
During the Welcome Day, the new employees were welcomed by our C-Level and were given initial insights into PI's structure and processes and company health management.
Furthermore, the newcomers were guided through the Karlsruhe site, learnt about PI's technologies and products, and could assess their knowledge of PI through a quiz. During the breakfast break with buttered pretzels and the joint lunch, they could make their first contacts and meet new acquaintances.
From now on, HR will organize and hold the Welcome Day monthly for all new employees at the Karlsruhe, Rosenheim and Eschbach sites. We are planning the successive integration of the international sites into this program.
