Dear all,

Thanks to my team, I am happy to announce that the preparations for LASER World of Photonics 2022 are progressing at full speed. The trade fair will take place from  until  and PI is going to launch something truly innovative.

The time is ripe to maximize our brand approach at a trade fair and to make use of advanced technologies that offer new opportunities for addressing and engaging with existing and new customers. We will be introducing a creative concept in which technology, experience, and storytelling merge coherently.

The Experience | Where Analogue Meets Digital

Virtual Reality

  • We deliver an immersive experience that will convey our narrative “Pushing Boundaries. Together.” by presenting our capabilities in Free Space Optical Communication

Augmented Reality

  • As a solution provider, we provide an exhibit experience where physical and digital merge and create a bridge between the two worlds

Touch Walls

  • The interactive experiences give us and our customers extra control of more detailed solution- and product-related content

Pre-Event Experience | Current Marketing Communication Activities

  • Stage teaser on our home page, exclusively in the stage area
  • Access to landing page is already live
  • Campaigning is going to start this week and we will run several ads considering both prospecting and retargeting tactics – feel free to spread the word!

General Conditions

We are fully aware that this totally new concept will attract attention. And the more, the better. For this reason, however, we have to proceed with caution and flexibility.  If you plan to visit, please spread out evenly across all days of the show; and, for the time being, please follow the “customer first” approach. On the booth, we can only host a very limited number of PI colleagues in addition to the staff. Customers have priority, and the trade fair appearance serves the purpose of new customer acquisition / care of existing customers.

Please note that Messe München (the trade fair in Munich) changed the hall constellation last week and our booth is now in hall B4 - booth number 203.

In addition to that, there are some formalities:

  • Ticket orders via the exhibition store - please order your tickets directly here: https://tickets.messe-muenchen.de/MM/LAS22/Shop (forward invoices to your cost center)
  • The hotel contingent is reserved for staff only. If you plan to stay overnight, please book your hotel separately (also forward invoices to your cost center)
