On May 1, 2025, Kerstin Geßler took over as Senior Vice President Human Resources at PI, reporting to Beate van Loo-Born, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, she is responsible for the global strategic development of the HR division, particularly in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and personnel management.
Kerstin Geßler is a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of international experience in human resources management. During this time, she has held various management positions in international corporations, building up extensive expertise in almost all HR disciplines. She has held a management position since 2012, serving as Vice President for the last seven years. In these roles, she has successfully managed large-scale transformation and restructuring projects in particular.
Since 2021, she has worked as Vice President Human Resources at a family-owned company, developing sustainable HR structures with an entrepreneurial mindset. She advocates a modern HR department that operates globally and plays an active role in shaping corporate strategy and supporting its further development.
Kerstin Geßler has a degree in Business Law, is married, and has two grown-up children, aged 22 and 21.
