Largest Outdoor Apprentice Trade Fair in Eastern Thuringia

At the end of June 2023, Eastern Thuringia's largest outdoor apprentice trade fair took place at the Zeulenroda Sea, where approximately fifteen regional companies offering apprenticeships presented themselves. To address a wide audience, the apprentice trade fair was held in conjunction with the "Grüner & Kunsthandwerkermarkt" (green and artisan market), so that a total of around twenty-five stands from artisans and companies offering apprenticeships took part in this event.

At the PI Ceramic stand, Max Schmeisser, Apprentice Industrial - Microtechnology, and Simon Funke, Apprentice Microtechnology, welcomed visitors. They were supported by Anika Menzel, HR - Business Partnering - PIC, David Weissflog, Employee Apprenticeships, and Daniel Völkel, Head of Industrial Engineering - PIC.

As it was not just an apprentice trade fair, there were a lot of visitors with a high level of interest in the market and in the fair. Hence, the colleagues from PI Ceramic not only presented the apprenticeships, but also answered many questions about the company and were thus able to generally increase the presence of the company in the region. It was PI Ceramic's first time to participate in this outdoor trade fair, which was remarkably successful due to the combination of visitors and interested parties, meaning that the company plans to participate again next year.
