On January 9th, 2024, Masugi Kaminaga joined the team of PI Japan and PGW as country director. Based on his extensive experience and expertise in the high-tech industry, Masugi Kaminaga will provide us with substantial support.
Masugi Kaminaga started his professional career in the automotive industry, among other positions as head of research for vehicle sensors at Nissan Motors. As a partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, he contributed significantly to client development in the high-tech, chemical, healthcare, and automotive sectors. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience in OEM sales both at Valeo Japan and in his previous position at AMS-OSRAM Japan.
It fills me with great joy and immense pride to be able to join the outstanding team of PI. I am looking forward to actively supporting the company on its growth path.
Masugi Kaminaga succeeds the previous Managing Director Takuma Yagi, who left the company at his own request on December 31st, 2023. We would like to thank Takuma Yagi for his dedicated support. We respect his decision to take on a new challenge. We wish him all the best for his future career.
