New Apprentices Start in Karlsruhe

On September 1, 2022, we were pleased to welcome nine new apprentices to the start of their apprenticeship at PI: seven mechatronics technicians and two industrial clerks.

In their first days at PI, the apprentices already took part in some exciting activities: the apprentice's day trip took place on August 26. The apprentices and their instructors hiked to the Mehliskopf mountain via the water falls in Gertelbach, went tobogganing and visited the climbing park nearby.

On September 1 and 2, the introductory days took place at headquarters in Karlsruhe. As well as general guidelines and rules, the apprentices got to know the building and their instructors. A further hike and some team building games helped them become better acquainted with PI.

To give the new fellow apprentices a warm welcome, the introductory days were rounded off by a barbecue to which apprentices from all years were invited.
