At the beginning of August, PI China participated at the 13th International Conference on Information Optics and Photonics (CIOP 2022) in Xi'an. As one of the world's leading events for the photonics industry, the conference is primarily attended by experts and academics and provides the PI team with a valuable networking and exchange platform including universities and research institutions.
We were able to present our expertise within the photonics market segment to 41 leads and about 300 visitors and could further increase our visibility in this fast-moving market.
At our booth, we demonstrated the following products:

- Q-521, Q Motion® Miniature

The hexapod has attracted the interest of research institutes and a potential customer which is a global leader in telecommunications and information technology. These products can be used in aerospace, laboratory testing, fiber laser, semiconductor lithography, super-resolution microscopy and other applications.
During a workshop with a local customer of laser radar field which we conducted at the CIOP, we managed to arrange a deal by providing our optics assembly solutions including H-811 6-Axis Miniature Hexapod, V-817 High-Load Linear Stage and the L-511 High-Precision Linear Stage with ACS motion control.
This collaboration will help our customer to solve the challenge of coupling precision positioning.
