In March 2023, we welcomed the PI DPG Management Team: Klaus-Dieter Häfele, Head of Production Engineering - DPG, Axel Ringwald, Head of Value Stream Piezo Motors & Systems, Stefan Schmid, Head of Value Stream Piezo Motors, and Dr. Axel Widenhorn, Director Operations - DPG, to PI Ceramic.
During this visit to PI Ceramic, they addressed various topics based on their functions. Axel Ringwald and Stefan Schmid had not visited Lederhose before and wanted to get to know the site to be able to make use of the synergies in the future that arise in the collaboration between DPG and PI Ceramic.
Together with Thomas Schmidt, Daniel Kopsch, and Daniel Völkel, the three Heads of Product Division, they visited the Multilayer, Components, and Piezo Components divisions. This was followed by a professional exchange with all DPG colleagues with the focus on Sales & Operations planning, Felios, lever manufacturing, and production technologies.
In addition, they discussed Supply Chain Management topics with Denis Florian, our Head of Purchasing.
