PI Japan Wins Impressive Hexapod Order Worth 2.4 Million Euros

Dear Colleagues,
In April this year, we secured a large order of eight sets of products worth 2.4 million Euros from our biggest Japanese customer.

The products ordered consist of several hexapods which can withstand ultra-high vacuum conditions with less outgassing, and are installed in mask blanks / mask inspection systems. Considering how the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) market is growing, we expect to get a lot more business in the future.
Congratulations to our Field Sales Engineer Katsuya Iitsuka under the leadership of PI Japan’s Country General Manager Takuma Yagi.
