PI Korea Wins Impressive Multi Axes Piezo System Order Worth 4.2 Million Euros

In May 2022, PI Korea won an impressive order worth 1.6 million euros from its largest Korean customer. The order consists of Z/Tip/Tilt piezo stages and multi-channel controllers with drag-chain cables.

The installation of these in wafer inspection systems plays an important role in Z scanning and in wafer focusing. In the same way as the semiconductor market, the customer has experienced rapid growth. As a result, in October 2022, PI Korea won an additional order of 50 sets, worth 2.6 million euros.
