PIC Organizes Summer Festival on the Occasion of the Company’s 30th Anniversary

Dear Colleagues,

On the occasion of our 30th company anniversary, we invited our employees and their families to a big summer festival at the Bioseehotel Zeulenroda.

More than 330 colleagues with 230 relatives and almost 200 children and teenagers accepted our invitation - an absolute record! In bright sunshine, no one wanted to miss our company anniversary in this dreamlike setting.

The event was opened with the fanfare of the American national anthem, which with its heroic sound made all present PI colleagues smile but also made them feel proud. Two "heroines" were then honored: Ms. Kops was given a well-deserved retirement after 24 years of successful service to PIC, and Dr. Huth was recognized for successfully completing her doctorate.

As promised, there was archery, rodeo bull riding, an air field hockey table, a basketball station, various pedal boats, a huge bouncy castle as well as a balloon artist and face painting for children. In addition, there were numerous American-style food offerings such as a hot dog and burger stand, popcorn, slushi and cream ice cream. Cooling down was available at one of the numerous bars and beverage carts.

Many thanks to the great PIC organization team: Melanie Thümmler, Stefan Matheus, Milena Nyiri, Melina Ramakic, Katrin Burghoff as well as the support at the entrance by Kathrin Fischer, Beatrice Hopfe and Anika Menzel.

An all-around successful day that will remain in our best memories for a long time.
