PIC Part of Apprenticeship Trade Fair in Gera

On Saturday September 24, 2022, our colleagues from PI Ceramic in Thuringia took part in the large annual apprenticeship trade fair in the Culture and Congress Center in Gera. Here, the PIC team really stood out with its new 'Hello future, hello WOW' trade fair booth which was in an excellent position.

The team was made up of Ben-Luca Meinhardt, apprentice in micro technology (in his 2nd apprenticeship year), Anika Menzel, HR – Business Partnering – PIC, Jan Oberroeder, Head of Apprenticeship Industrial – PIC and Dr. Patrick Pertsch, CEO PI Ceramic.

At the consistently busy trade fair, the PIC team represented our company and informed the many young visitors and their parents about the many options for apprenticeships or for studying at PI. Usually, our advice ended with us recommending the potential apprentices/students to complete a placement to make sure they choose the right profession.
