PI Ceramic has been named a 2026 Top Training Company by the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK, Industrie- und Handelskammer Ostthüringen, Germany). Representatives from the IHK and regional political leaders highlighted the vital role that global market leaders like PI Ceramic play in the region. They also emphasized how apprenticeship programs at companies like PIC are essential to the long-term strength of Germany’s economy. The success and continuity of PIC’s training program are exemplified by Kay Maehler, who joined the company as its very first apprentice in 1996 and remains with the PIC team today.
