Results of the Surveillance Audit of the PI Group

This year, the PI locations Eschbach, Karlsruhe and Changzhou were also part of the yearly external surveillance audit for our IMS (Integrated Management System), which is carried out by the SGS-ICS certification company.

To reduce the overall required time, the German locations were audited for the first time by three hybrid teams who worked partially on site and partially remote via teams.

Thanks to the extensive preparation of the IMS teams in collaboration with the persons responsible for the processes, the auditors of the certification company only made observations or added notes and improvement suggestions; no deviations were observed at the audited locations.

The observations made for the locations of the DPG focused on the synchronization and alignment of the change processes resulting from the transformation (Seamless) process with the demands of the IMS.

With this result, the certifications of the PI Group according to ISO 9001/14001/45001, i.e., 'quality management', 'environmental management', and 'management for occupational health and safety' remain successfully valid. These certifications are an important and fundamental basis for the business relationships with our customers.
