PI’s booth at the Semicon Taiwan 2024 featured a technology demonstrator for a new high-precision, dynamic piezo wafer stage for inspection and metrology. Together with high-speed piezo actuators and fast response focus scanners for surface metrology, PI can meet demanding process requirements where conventional electromagnetic solutions reach their limits.
