Since January 1, 2024, Maria Kraft New Director HR for Karlsruhe, Eschbach, and Rosenheim Sites

In her new role as Director HR, Maria Kraft took over responsibility for HR Business Partnership, recruiting, and personnel development as well as administration including payroll accounting for employees at the sites in Karlsruhe, Eschbach, and Rosenheim as of January 1st, 2024.

Maria Kraft joined the company already in 2015 and, since 2021, she has been responsible for HR Business Partnership and working as HR manager at PI miCos. Based on her outstanding work over the past eight years at PI, she has qualified herself for the new role as HR Director. She will continue to report to Waldemar Ungefug, SVP Finance, HR & Legal.

Following the personnel changes, the HR department will be further expanded, with a targeted search for a new HR Business Partner to succeed Maria Kraft. Further information on vacancies as well as on the application process can be found here.
