Successful Completion of PI Ceramic Technology Training

In February 2023, this year's first German-language PI Ceramic technology training took place. A total of 21 colleagues participated in this training with 18 from Karlsruhe, one from Eschbach, and two from Lederhose.

On the first day, the participants learned the basics of the piezo and actuator technologies and were given an introduction to the product divisions Piezo Components and Piezo Devices. In the course of demonstrative guided tours of the two divisions, the participants were able to see the connection between these theoretical basics and their practical application. The day ended with a joint dinner in Gera and lively discussions.

On the second day, the participants were introduced to the Central Development, Tech Center, and Multilayer departments, including a guided tour. Following this introduction, there was a presentation of the Sales department, as well as three application presentations of the individual PI Ceramic market segments.

At the end of the second day, the participants praised the training and gave the feedback that they were impressed by our setup at the site, We hope that this positivity will be carried over to customer projects as well as internal projects of the PI Group and that it will contribute to their successful implementation, so that our efforts will bear fruit in the long term.
