Successful Validation of Light Soldering Process

In September 2023, PI Ceramic validated the “light soldering” process in accordance with the GHTF standard, which should lead to improved process capability and cost savings. Following the successful completion of the various validation phases, the process was approved and can now be implemented as standard at the production sites.
