Welcome Event for IBS Colleagues at PI in Karlsruhe
We are incredibly pleased to welcome new colleagues to the PI family through the acquisition of the IBS Ingenieurbüro as of January 1, 2023. Through this acquisition we have gained additional capacities and expanded our professional skills, for example, in automation technology and simulation. On February 1, 2023, all of the IBS employees were at PI's location in Karlsruhe, Germany to celebrate their start in the PI family.
Following a brief company presentation by Markus Spanner and a strategic explanation of the acquisition of IBS by Florian Geistdörfer, Dr. Axel Widenhorn gave the new colleagues an introduction to the structural organization of DPG and the first joint projects.
After getting to know each other better over lunch and coffee, the new colleagues learned more about the site, as well as PI's products with a guided tour of the showroom and production facilities.
Please give the new colleagues a warm welcome and support them during the integration period! Many of the IBS employees are already actively working on and, in certain cases, even leading their first projects.
