Zeiss Praises PI Team for Reliable Order Processing
PI developed the H-900K106 hexapod system on behalf of Zeiss SMT. This system enables the high-precision alignment of EUV light sources for the measurement of state-of-the-art photolithographic masks. Despite the supply chain crisis and capacity bottlenecks, the project was completed to the customer's full satisfaction. Zeiss explicitly praised the team from PI for the open, constructive communication, the technical support, and the only slight delay in delivery.
This success was only possible because of the whole of the project team's fantastic commitment. Many thanks for this!
