First 100 Days Review with Annegret Lisker, Global Head of HR
On January 1, 2022, Annegret Lisker started as Global Head of HR in Florian Geistdörfer`s COO department
Annegret, how did you experience your first 100 days at PI?
I got to know PI as an exciting, innovative and forward-looking company with deep-rooted values, committed employees and great colleagues.
What important realizations have you had so far?
PI clearly know where they should be heading, and are actively taking the next steps necessary without forgetting where the company has come from, and taking their values into consideration. This is not always easy; but attempts are being made to find suitable solutions.
What are your main areas of focus in the implementation?
I would like to support PI on the path they have taken, so that we are prepared for current and future challenges and can push forward the changes necessary because of the growth process. Topics that already been started must be implemented sustainably to make the results usable. Some examples from the HR division are the continuous employee appraisals, and the development of skills and development profiles in order to replace and/or fill vacancies internally.
One of our most important topics is monitoring and executing the whole recruiting process, which is required to fill the high number of new jobs necessary for further growth.
What drives you as a person?
It is vital for me to remain open to changes, and, in the process, have an influence on their direction and implementation. Additionally, I think it is important to deal with matters head-on, and get visible results.
