First Ever Recruiting Events in Karlsruhe and Eschbach from July 2023
For the past few months, we have been working intensively on recruiting new employees, as this bottleneck is limiting us noticeably in many places. In particular in DPG, we are lacking considerable capacities necessary in order to process existing orders in a timely manner.
As you can see around our sites in Karlsruhe and Eschbach, we have significantly increased our presence as a company through campaigns (see PICO News from April 19, 2023 and April 21, 2023). Soon, we will also be launching such a campaign in Rosenheim. In it, we position PI as an attractive employer and report on the exciting industries in which we are involved in driving forward future technologies.
PI Career Days
As a further recruiting measure, the monthly “PI Career Days” will be held for the first time in Karlsruhe on July 24, 2023, and in Eschbach on July 26, 2023. The Career Day offers interested parties the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at PI, to get to know executive staff, and to gain insights into their experience and areas of responsibility, as well as into PI's corporate culture - an appealing way to get to know our company up close.
