Successful Start of PI's Image Campaign in the German Business Press

Dear Colleagues,

At the end of last year, PI's Management decided to systematically build up PI’s publicity as well as our image as drivers of innovation in the business press. Here, the focus is on high-precision and dynamic tasks involving movement and positioning, and piezoceramics.

At various levels, especially when recruiting staff, we have noticed that we are lacking the necessary public awareness. For this reason, we have developed a concept consisting of the following three building blocks:

  1. Public Relations
  2. Image Advertising
  3. Association Work

We have already started working on the first two elements: Our public relations work with our first press speech at the laser trade fair at the end of April, and VDI Press Speech from May 10. 2022 have shown initial success, and our image campaign with its three strong motives also started successfully on online platforms such as Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) and ingenieur.de.

In the first two weeks of the campaign, our advertisements were clicked on more than 1.4 million times, and there were more than 6,000 visits to a landing page introducing PI and our portfolio.
